Hey everyone,
I'm currently a senior in high school and am wondering if I would have any chance of being accepted into NU. My cousin attends currently, and I fell in love with the school when she gave me a tour.

Stats:
Public High School
GPA: 3.6
SAT: 1850
ACT: 29
Rank: 60/280

I have had plenty of work experience(3 years and counting) as well as community service. I take all honors classes, except for English, and no AP classes. I'm also active in my schools Robotics Club(second year). I have a full academic schedule(Two sciences: Physics Honors, Anatomy Honors) this year, and plan on majoring in a natural science, maybe biology.

Submitted my App today, and planing on upping my SAT scores this November. Yeah, it might not make a difference for EA, but if I get deferred it will help my RD.

I was looking on the College Board website ([College Search - Northeastern University - NU - Admission](<a href=“College Search - BigFuture | College Board”>College Search - BigFuture | College Board)) and saw that Northeastern requires three years of social sciences in addition to two years of history. What kind of classes are they looking for here?

9th grade I took: Honors Global History
10th grade I took: AP European History (4 on exam)
11th grade I’m taking: AP US History
12th grade I will be taking: AP Economics

Should I be taking some electives or classes at a local college to fulfill these “requirements” or will my classes be sufficient?
