Ok, so I'm very worried about getting into a school due to my GPA, so I'm applying to 8. If anyone could give and estimate of my chances of getting into these schools it would be a huge help.

Bentley, Northeastern, NYU, Villanova, Boston University, American University, Syracuse, University of New Hampshire

GPA 3.26
3 AP classes
1950 SATS
-690 W
-660 CR
-610 M
ECs:
-Key Club
-Math Team
-Jr/Sr Honors
-Boy Scouts
-Full-time summer job, part-time during school year
-Varsity Tennis
-JV Alpine Skiing
-About 125 hours of community service

I also got a fantastic rec from my 11th grade english teacher

I know my grades and ECs aren't great, but my transcript definitely shows and upward trend in grades since freshman year.

I think all of the schools you list are very reasonable and that your stats make each school reasonable. I don’t look at that list and think “why even bother applying to ___” (although NYU will be a pretty sizable reach. However, a lot of your list is high matches/reaches, so I would probably have a few other schools that are pretty safe. Make sure your essays are top-notch and you submit a flawless, well-polished applications. At this point that is really all you can do.

As far as a specific chance, I guess that is the “fun” of admissions.

I might add another less reachy school if this is your whole list just to be safe. Are these schools all schools your family can afford? None are good for aid unfortunately.

NYU and Nova will be very tough. Excellent chances at UNH and SU. Maybe for the others. Fordham and Providence might be worth a look also. Best of luck!

Thanks for the help, I’m very aware that nyu and nova are reach schools but there’s no point in not aiming for the top! Any recommendations for a school sound my level that has a good business program?

Bryant has a good reputation for business and I think would be a safety school for you. Of the 3 B’s, you’re already applying to Bentley (a fit). Babson would be a reach, I think.
