Chances of an international transfer student

Hi everybody,
can anybody help me, please?
I was a German high school student who flunked out of school because of the missing hours.( I had to work a lot beside my school to repay my loan.)
In september I will start to study at the Cambridge College and then transfer to a well-known university.

These are,however, my scores:
- GED(equivalent grade B)
- SAT I 2310/2400
- SAT II World History 800
- SAT II Literature 800
- SAT II Mathes 800
-Toefl iBt 109/120
- made two internships (1 for one week>law firm+ 1 for three months> software company>finance department) both gave me incredible recommendations

Further facts:
- I am a Persian native with German citizenship
- 20 years old( normally a German student starts at the age of 19 with the college)
- since december 2006 I am working as a fulltime stewardess + save my whole salary to pay the tuition by my own
-got admitted to several not spectacular colleges> decide to go to the Cambridge College in MA to be close to my family (my cousins are living in Boston)

I want you to know that Cambridge College has a trimester system.

Now please tell me if I have chances at the following universities
( of course, I will cram in such a way at the college to get a GPA of 3.8-4.0):
-Northeastern University
-Emory University
-Georgetown University
-University of Notre Dame
-Cornell University

I will appreciate all suggestions.
Do you may know universities where my chances will be good?
Are there any good colleges who offer the trimester or quarter sytem, too?
Do you think I should get recommendations from my old teachers?

I thank you all in advance.

Yours respectfully
Mituli

Got some sexy sat & toefl scores anyway...
