Chances of becoming finalist and how I could improve my resume

Here is my info:
-Male
-White

-ACT: 32 composite
-Math:30
-English: 30
-Reading: 33
-Science: 33

-GPA UW: 3.36

-Class rank: top 25%

ECs:
-JV soccer freshman year and varsity soccer sophomore year

I’m debating whether it’s worth even applying to Questbridge, because I’m obviously lacking ECs and my GPA is pretty poor as well. Also, how could I best improve my resume over the course of senior year? As of now, I am planning to practice and take the ACT Oct 24th. Realistically, I think I can get a 34 as long as I practice.

I should have specified in the title, I’m referring to the Questbridge College Match program. What are my chances of becoming a Questbridge finalist?
