Chances of being accepted as a Transfer to Buffalo?

<p>Hello, I know that Buffalo accepts applications on a rolling basis. If I apply today and they receive all my transcripts in by the end of this week, do I have a chance of being accepted in August for the Fall 2014? Or will it be a waste of money?</p>

<p>Yes, I was being serious. On their website, it says they have accepted students up until the start of classes. I want to know if anyone has a personal experience with a late application.</p>
