Chances of Being Accepted into Wesleyan?

Hello I am a high school senior and I am wondering if I have any chance at getting into some of the colleges I am applying to. I currently have a 3.5 GPA and have taken 5 Honors and 4 AP courses. I live in Connecticut and am hoping to stay in the Northeast or somewhere close by. My SAT score is a 2080, but I took it again this month and hope to bump it up to a 2100 or higher. Here are the colleges I am applying to:
Safety: Uconn, Fordham University, Union College
In-Between: Boston University, Trinity
In Range: Bates, Bucknell, Colby, Villanova, Holy Cross
Potential: Wesleyan (early decision), Vassar
Reach: Amherst, Williams, Yale

Wesleyan is my favorite school out of the bunch. I hope to become involved in a premed program if a school offers it, and want to major in biology or chemistry.

ECs:
Community Service Program Leader: paid position in which I organize many of the dances, fairs, and other events at my local community center. I gained this position after the many hours of community service I did over the years.

Community Service- I currently have about 150 hours of service, ranging from helping in soup kitchens at my community center to helping out at Pakistani medical centers.

Discovery to Cure Yale Medical Internship- selective 8 week international internship at Yale University (accepts 10% of over 300 applicants) where interns are paid to work in medical labs with prestigious researchers and present their findings in front of over 100 yale staff, fellow interns, and parents.

NCMNH Intern- I interned for 2 weeks in the Pakistani National Commitee for Maternal and Neonatal Health, where I participated in numerous national projects to help decrease many birth-related mortality issues.

Billing Assistant in a Pediatric Medical Practice (ivy-league affiliated)
Outdoor Track and Field (9th - 12th grade): JV and Varsity

Model UN (11th and 12th grade)

Numerous Shadows of Medical Physicians

Does anyone think I could get into some of these schools with this resum

I know that early decsion acceptanc rate is between 45-50%. Does that mean I have a decent shot a getting in?

Yale: Reach
Amherst: Reach
Williams: Reach
Wesleyan ED: Reach (many ED admits have 3.7+/2150+)
Vassar: Reach

Bucknell: Reach
Villanova: High match
BU: Match
Trinity College: Match/High match

Holy Cross: High match

I think you have a shot for Wesleyan if you:

Break 700 points on each SAT section

Apply ED

Thank you for your replies. Are there any other schools that would be a good fit for a student like me? Also, should I add more safeties and low matches to my list?
