I submitted an application to UA on July 1st. My school calculates our GPA using a 100 point scale opposed to a 4.0 scale. And I have a 90.36 GPA based off of that. Also, I have taken honors classes since freshman year as well as AP’s in my junior year. I also have taken 3 years of honors foreign language. On my SAT I received a 1140. I’m not the best test taker; however I was hoping that my grades and rigor courseload would compensate for the score. Just curious of what my chances may be of being accepted into this school, as it’s one of my top choices. Thanks so much!
You’ll get in. Are you OOS? Have you considered trying the ACT? (some students do better with one test over the other.)
Yes I am an out of state applicant!! And I have tried the ACT ; however my score was similar in comparison to the SAT score.
Agree that you will get in for sure. Definitely wise to do more prep and retake the SAT or ACT to qualify for merit/more merit.
