Chances of BS/MD and what i can do

<p>hey i will be a junior this year and i was wondering what i need to do to up my chances to try and get a crack at that ever coveted BS/MD seat in various universities. I wasnt sure wat i should put so i just tried to think of everything that was of apperent value:</p>

<p>Ranked 1/222
25 ACT last year
3 on the AP Chem (I plan to retake it), 680 on SAT II Chem (also retaking)</p>

<p>7th in regional science olympiad health science fresh year, couldnt do it last yr because of Science Fair
Voted Outstanding Freshman Science Student
2 year local and regional science fair participent, 1 year state
Governors Award in Biotechnology research at local and regional levels
Biology Research Award winner presented by the Columbus Tech. Council
Standing member of the Ohio Academy of Science Youth Advisory Council
2 year high school band member, 3 yrs mid school (alto sax if ure wondering)
4 Superior Solo Ratings at OMEA (2 high, 2 mid)
5 yr Ohio Model United Nations member, elected as Council Pres. fresh year
outstanding delegate winner fresh and soph years
2 year tennis player, 1 year varsity dubs (soph)</p>

<p>I have volunteered a number of times at a local nursing home and hospital ill have to look up hours. 18.5 credits in highschool, im going to be taking AP Psych, AP Calc, AP English, AP Gov. this year. I also attended the STEM Regents Academy this year (selective summer program in ohio for chem and stats). </p>

<p>Thats it, im sorry if i overwhelmed u guys with useless info but i just tried to spit out anything interesting i could find. Please just telling me if im even on the right track, giving any suggestions on wat i can do it have a shot, or even just telling me that ill be accepted the day a unicorn grants me 3 wishes would be of great help.</p>

<p>Study for ACT and get it up to 32+ at least. Or you might be the one who does better on SAT. Get 4s and 5s on other APs that you will be taking.</p>

<p>Yes, and you want to try for 750+ on all your SATIIs.</p>

<p>Yes just to echo what the others said, you definitely need to raise your ACT score A LOT to even be competitive and definitely shoot for 750+ on all your SAT II's. Other than that your resume looks great especially your rank, keep it up!</p>
