I'm applying as an out-of-state student, and I'm male. My ACT is a 33, and I have a 3.8 GPA on a weighted 4.0 scale. What are my odds of admission? (Applied as a CompSci major)

I think you have a decent chance. What is the breakdown of your ACT score components? Also, what is your class rigor? These are important factors.
Anyways, I think you could probably get into Tech under regular admission but still apply early since there’s really no harm in doing so.

I already applied early to GTech, if you’re curious. If it helps, I’m Asian, and my ACT Breakdown was a 34 English, 35 Math, 31 Reading, and 33 Science (but GTech has already stated that they don’t use the Reading or Science sections, on their website). My combined English/Writing was a 33, Writing score 10.

EDIT: I’ve also taken a bunch of AP/Honors classes, like AP Chem, AP Calc BC, Honors Physics, Honors Chemistry, Honors Biology, AP Statistics. I’m also taking AP CompSci this year with AP Macro/Micro and AP Physics C. I’ll be honest, I didn’t exactly get straight A’s or anything, but I didn’t bomb them completely. I got B’s in most of them.
