Chances of getting accepted ED?

I’m planning on applying to Duke University ED, what do you guys think my chances of getting accepted are? Here are my credentials;

4.1 GPA

2230 SAT

AICE Diploma Recipient (14 Aice Credits total)

I’ve never taken a non Aice/Honors class.

2 years of Baseball. (Varsity letter awarded)

2 years of Model UN

1 year National Honor Society

4 years foreign language

Rigorous schedule; I’ve taken hardest schedule’s possible at my school for my junior and senior year.

200+ Hours Volunteer work.

You are a strong candidate for ED at Duke. I believe you will be accepted.

Perhaps you didn’t include your subject test scores because you didn’t want to, but remember that 2 are needed when submitting the SAT! Other than that, it looks like you’re a good candidate.

I thought that was only if I was applying for the school of engineering? Do I have to take Subject tests regardless?

If you send your SAT score, you also need to submit two SAT subject tests, regardless of whether you’re applying to Trinity or Pratt. You’re only exempt from the subject tests if you took and submitted the ACT instead (Duke requires SAT + 2 subject tests ~OR~ the ACT with writing). Best of luck to you!
