I would say you have a very good chance at most of these schools. Your academic qualifications are quite solid, and I’m really glad you have taken that many subject tests since I’ve seen many who would like to apply to these schools but still have not taken any. I assume you would like to go into engineering (STEM) and it looks like you have done some ECs related to that (your internship looks good on your application), but if you can, it never hurts to participate in a few more engineering-related ECs. That said, here is how I would evaluate you:
Stanford - reach (is a reach for everyone, but you still have a good chance)
Duke - low reach
UCLA - high match
USC - high match
NYU - low match
UCSD - high safety
UCSC - high safety
