I didn't get a hot score on my SAT (I will retake it though) and I'm taking the ACT in March. But based solely off what I've posted and not standardized test scores, do I have a good chance of getting in?

What is your UC GPA? If it’s 4.3+, and you can get your SAT to 2100+, you have a good chance, especially if you’ve been involved in those ECs for any long period of time.

Also, calculate your UC Gpa. (google it and find out) And you should aim for a 2100+ or 31+ on SAT/ACT to be above the 60th percentile to give yourself a good chance. UCLA gets more competitive every year so I would aim for a 2200+ or a 33 or higher to really give yourself a great shot. My biggest regret as a current senior is that I didn’t take the SAT and ACT more than once, so i’m “stuck” at a 2130/32. Hopefully it’ll be good enough for UCLA. So just retake tests; retake them prepared, not on a whim. CC has a SAT/ACT forum to help you. There’s some pretty helpful guides in that forum. Taking SAT II’s will only help you. Pick your two best subjects and try to get 700+ on both of them. In the summer, I’d advise you to start your personal statement and make it very strong. UCLA relies on the personal statement to learn about you and your personal qualitites.
