Chances of getting full-ride as a TRANSFER student?

Hello, I recently graduated from community college with 65+ credits and I’m looking to transfer to a 4-year. I had to work my way though CC, and I can’t afford a 4-year right now. Also, I’m NOT eligible for financial aid because I have TPS (it’s a temporary protected status which allows one to stay legally in the US).

Do universities offer full-ride aid to transfer students, or is that only for freshmen? If so, please list some of them.

Some schools possibly, although a 3.6 may not qualify for a full ride at many places.

I don’t think merit full rides for transfers exist.
I think TPS bars you from receiving federal aid, not institutional aid.
You’d have to email 100% need colleges, one by one, to ask them how they calculate financial aid in your case.
Rub the NPC to get an idea.
