<p>If NJIT is already a high match I can’t see how you can get into UCLA… I mean, some UCLA applicants for whom UCLA is a reach (even if it’s reachable) use NJIT as a safety.</p>
<p>Yeah UCLA is just my dream choice, so yeah i was kidding on that but NJIT is my first choice, and I don’t want to go to my 2 safety schools that accepted me, and NJIT is taking forever to give me my decision… I really think i have a high chance of being rejected because of lack of extra curriculars =/</p>
<p>you shouldn’t have a problem, especially since you have a decent score on the math section and that’s all NJIT cared about when it comes to SAT’s. Have you took any AP classes?</p>

<p>I’m not exactly sure but AP classes definitely do help. Let’s just say a fellow classmate had about a 4.2 from just honors classes while I had a 3.8 from AP classes. we both applied to Penn state UP but she was rejected even with a higher gpa and SAT’s. We applied to the same department but im guessing my AP classes helped.</p>
<p>You got accepted to UPenn!?! Woww that’s awesome. But NJIT is no where near as strict as Upenn I hope!! so maybe that won’t be a problem ? I was planning on taking honors and doubling up in math to get far ahead but my guidance counselor was a biitch and didn’t believe in me and think I would do good in it. =/</p>

<p>Your SAT score isn’t the best but definitely not the lowest. I have had plenty of friends who have got into NJIT with lower stats so keep your head up. What school do you attend btw?</p>

<p>yea getting into NJIT isn’t really hard at all. These kids don’t speak great english either so i doubt there essay’s were any good. You have a great chance!</p>
