Should I apply to Cornell ED to help my admissions chances? I have taken AP Biology and U.S. History and got a 5 on both tests. My ACT score is a 33. For APs I am currently taking (for senior year) Physics, Calculus, English, and Psychology. I have taken all honors/ap classes except for one class during high school. I am very involved in extracurriculars and volunteering and I will be a tennis captain this year. I am a female and plan on applying to the Cornell School of Engineering. I am top 7% and have a 4.23 weighted gpa on a 4.0 scale (probably around a 3.75 or 3.8 unweighted). I got a 760 for bio-e, 690 for math IIs, and 710 on US History for sat IIs. What do you think my chances will be with early decision or if I apply regular decision?

You scores are pretty good-looking! You definitely have a good chance for both early and regular decision. If Cornell is your first choice then don’t hesitate to apply in early decision.
