Chances of getting in to the following schools?

I don't have all my stats in front of me as far as high school grades go, since I graduated 3 years ago but here are my basic ones approximately.
GPA - 3.67 unweighted
SAT- 1850 I think my math was 680, reading 620 and writing 550
ACT - 29 composite
Extra Curricular - Drama Club President
I am also currently in the Marine Corps, I have two deployments and will be applying early action for all these schools so I can get acceptance letters by the end of December for my chain of command, so I can get out early (hopefully around February). I will be in veteran status while attending school.
State of Residence - AZ
Schools I'm interested in applying to:
University of Minnesota Twin Cities
Michigan State University
University of Michigan
University of Wisconsin
University of Washington
University of Oregon
Oregon State University
Arizona State University (Received full ride before I enlisted)
Intended Major - Business (Marketing)

don’t be afraid to apply to private schools…between post 9/11 and the yellow ribbon program any and all options are open to you. Columbia, yes the IVY league one, has the GS program which has been known to be very friendly to veterans. Your 1300 math/verbal SAT won’t hold you back nor will your 3.67 GPA. Aim higher and you might really shock yourself where you get in…based on your list it appears location/weather isn’t an issue…if that’s the case don’t be afraid to look at all the Ivy league schools, USC, Vanderbilt, Georgetown etc…Miami is a good school with good climate/strong sports that you should also check out.

Veterans have been getting into amazing schools…I know one personally at Dartmouth and another on here posted about getting into Princeton

hey thank you so much for the confidence boost, it’s really nice to hear someone say that I can go back to school. Thank you.

I can only speak for the schools in the Pacific Northwest:
