You have a competitive GPA but your test scores will impact your chances at the UC’s and SLO. Although the UC’s tend to be GPA focused your SAT score is below the 25th percentile for all the UC’s and SLO.
UC Berkeley- Reach unless you can get your SAT score into the 1400 range and even then it will be a tough admit.
UCSB- Low Reach with current SAT score
UC Davis/SLO - High Match/Low Reach with current SAT score.
SDSU: Match/High Match school but higher SAT will raise your chances
CSUN/SFSU: Match/Low Match
CSUCI: Safety
Pepperdine: Low Reach
Westmont: Match
Cal Lutheran/Point Loma: Low Match
SAT ranges for the UC’s 2017:
25th - 75th percentiles for SAT:
It has been a tough year for the UC’s and top CSU’s when it comes to admissions and very unpredictable. Much will depend upon how you compare to the other applicants and if you are able to get your SAT score up into the 50th percentile range for the best chances. You have a well balanced list, so you will have several options in the Spring.
For Chapman, your GPA is on target but SAT is below the 25th percentile. If you can increase your score into the 1250 range, then you stand a good chance.
USD although holistic in their admissions, your SAT again will impact your chances. Average SAT was 1300 so it will be a stretch unless you can get your score up.

Your UC GPA looks off to me. Perhaps you didn’t cap it appropriately with 8 semester bonus pts. Take a look at that calculator and run the numbers again to be sure.
