Chances of getting in?

I'm a bit borderline on whether or not I should apply to Georgetown
I'm looking to apply for MSB in this upcoming year for early action
I read off of their website that not having SAT IIs for Early Action won't hurt your chances (I won't have the 3 submitted in time)
I'm an Asian Male from NJ
Most of my academic classes are either A or AP level
Unweighted GPA = 3.6
Weighted GPA = 4.3
SAT scores: Math - 760 Reading - 660 (1420/1600)

APs
Soph - AP Euro
Junior - AP Lit, APUSH1
Senior - AP Lit, AB Calc, AP Chem, APUSH 2 (My school has a two year APUSH for whatever reason)

Notable electives
Accounting 1,2,3
Other various Business/ computer classes

Notable Extracurriculars
Cross Country - 9,10,11
Volleyball - 9, 10(V), 11(V)
Ultimate Frisbee - 10, 11(V), 12(V)
Habitat for Humanity
Nike (Volunteer Club)

Any input would be greatly appreciated

I’m an incoming Freshman, and I applied regular decision (and was accepted, not wait-listed), so I don’t know whether or not EA is easier or not.

Your SAT is similar to mine. 800 Match, 660 Reading (1460/1600). To be honest, I was worried about my relatively low reading score, which I believe is about the first quartile for MSB.

I see you put you’re taking AP Lit Junior and Senior years? I took AP English Lang Junior year. I sent all of my 5 APs through Junior year with my applications to schools (partly because I hoped my 5 on Language would make up for my SAT). My senior schedule had 4 APs. Your extracurriculars seem pretty solid. Make sure your involvement in service stands out, as long as you were really committed to it. I had a recommendation letter from an organization I volunteered at, and the other person from my school that got in wrote one of his essays on being a lifeguard.

In the end, you should definitely apply because Georgetown is a great school and you have a great shot. That said, college admissions are ridiculous. Cappex rated Gtown as my least likely, with UPenn far more likely, but I was rejected from UPenn Early Decision (thankfully). Gtown places interviews heavily. I think they really look at the whole student.

Also, MSB has been getting more competitive. When I applied it had just risen in Business School rankings, and my incoming class has the highest yield of the year. We actually overbooked a little. So I’m thinking MSB will be a bit more competitive for your class. But do apply and I hope you’ll get in!
