Chances of getting in?

Im an IB student from Europe and I really wanna go to Cornell, specificly in the CALS biological sciences college. I currently have a predicted score of 40 with 7-Bio, 7-ita and 6-Chem im my HL courses. I also have three teacher reccomendations (philosophy, english and biology) and great extracurriculars-AIDS shelter, soup kitchen, school for the blind, theatre etc. and i am part of the national team of my country, i have won the national championships and i have taken part in European championships. The only problem is that i have only taken the SAT's once with less than a week of preparation and so i achieved a score of 1720-****, my counsellor sent a letter along with my application saying that i only had one shot at the SAT's and being european i had no idea what to expect and we said we I would retake them in January and rush deliver the reports. So having explained my situation, what are my chances? (also personal statement & supplement are pretty good)

That 1720 will really hurt you. Your ec’s seem alright but I am not seeing ny passion in biology/science in you extracurriculars. Plus, this year it seems as though the rd pool is more competitive and fewer people will get in. I would say a low-mid reach.

BTW, hope to see you because I was accepted to CALS Bio Sciences ED!

Imma reatake the SAT’s and hope i do well there as far as the extracurriculars idk i mean only thing i could do was the AIDS shelter, here we dont really do as much volounteer work in hospitals, no hospital would ever let us… Thank you for the reply though and i hope to make it :)
