Great EC’s…but a couple of issues.
Vague GPA: UNC does not consider GPA (thank God right?) but they do look at the courses you took and your grades. You need to have been taking AP classes starting sophomore or Junior year. UNC will not see your senior year grades if you apply early. This will be your biggest downfall so make sure your SAT is 1900+
SAT: Needs to be taken! Really hard to tell without that
In-state or out of state?: Makes a HUGE difference

@annazee13 What do you think the chances are for 3.4 UW, 4.62 W GPA, 2230 SAT, 34 ACT from out of state? Good ECs, sports, volunteering and work as well.

@back3252931 sorry for responding so late, but here’s what I have to offer.

Hopefully your counselor explained your low unweighted GPA or you mentioned it in your essay. I guess my biggest question (and most important issue at this point) is are you a legacy?
Your scores are great and otherwise you look good to go; however, I have to tell you that almost every out-of-stater I meet is a legacy. That being said, your SAT and ACT could get you over a non-legacy and GPA hump in the eyes of admissions. Good luck!

Don’t be concerned about legacy. Sure there are some, but, most are not (including me). Most are very good students or very good athletes (or both!).
