AP:
Physics B (3)
Calculus AB (4)
Calculus BC (N/A)

Most of my community service hours are from tutoring kids from time to time and volunteering within the school and completed over 70 hours of community service hours. Also involved in (Interact Club, Computer Club, and other various clubs offered at my school).

Do I have a chance of getting in? Also possibly scholarship?

I applied in the first week of October for Early Action and submitted my CSS Profile as well

I think it’s a low reach. Your class rigor is good, but the ACT is too low even for EA. The average (CR+M) SAT last year I know was a 1413, which is about a 31-32 ACT. Your GPA and extracurriculars are good. If you do get accepted, you’ll probably be in NUIN. Just don’t expect too much or any merit aid. Only the top 25% of the entering class receives it. It would also help your situation if you were a full pay student.
