I’m an international student, going to apply for the Fall 2016 year. I really want to apply to universities in Toronto and/or New York. But the glitch is, I have low A level grades. In my Advanced Subsidiary level, I got an A, C and E for Math, Chemistry and Physics respectively. What are my chances?
