I submitted m application in Early November. I have a 2.9 GPA, and my major is history and I chose to sign up with The core of cadets to be in the band. I’ve heard that signing up in the liberal arts department and the core really helps you get in. Can someone shed some light on my chances?
I doubt that your choice of major and joining the Corp of Cadets will help you get in. Your GPA is rather low to compete with the rest of the candidates. Good luck to you.
@maria4918 what are the other schools are you applying. With 2.9 you need to apply to more colleges like UT SA, UTD, UT Tyler, UT Arlington, etc
