Chances of getting in?

Hi. I’m wondering how likely it is I can get into Penn State. Here’s my grades and extracurriculars:

Currently a high school junior, in Virginia (White male if it matters, and I’ll be paid for either from the GI Bill or an ROTC Scholarship if I get one)

GPA: 3.99 (Weighted), 3.72 (Unweighted)

AP Classes: AP World History (B+), AP US History (Currently enrolled), AP Economics (Currently enrolled), AP Lang (Currently enrolled), AP Environmental (Currently enrolled)

Sports: Rowing (Likely to be captain next year, and have been on varsity since freshmen year), fencing, and swimming (Club)

Volunteering/other stuff:

I volunteer a lot with my church, helping with youth leadership programs, the youth group in general, as well as leading groups on retreats and other events

I’m an intern at my congresswoman’s office (National not state)

I’m a DECA officer (VP of Finance), and I’m running for State Office this year

Do I have a shot at getting in?

Your GPA is good. What are your test scores? Also, what major would you be applying for. All of those things greatly impact the overall acceptance picture. PSU is strictly by the numbers school, so the rest of your EC’s won’t matter much if at all. What they want to know is what is your GPA, what are your test scores, and how does your school weight your grades.
