Honestly, you probably have about a 5% chance of getting in. Of course you can try but I hope you have some good safeties - here are a few schools you would have decent chances at:

Central Michigan University
North Carolina Central University (same city as Duke, very good school)
Oakland Community College

Feel free to ask if you ahve any more questions.

Add Monroe Community College to that little list, it's quite a nice school in upstate new york, has a nice breadth of offerings in many different disciplines... Haha seriously you probably have a good shot but it could go either way. You're most likely in that middle borderline group, albeit probably in the higher section of the group, I know you're stats surpass mine at least.

i hope no one gets offended by this, but are you considering taking your SAT I again? not that your score isn't high enough, but i think your chances will skyrocket (since your other stats are awesome) if you try to get into the 2200s. yeah totally not a big deal but college admissions are seriously weird sometimes, so you never know until you apply and get in :)

your EC's are very good, so no worries about that. i agree with lilpixytiff; 2190 is an excellent score, but it wouldn't hurt to retake it. also, a little more info would be nice: unweighted gpa, classes you plan on taking this upcoming school year, etc.

if you're rich just have your parents make a nice big donation to duke. we're about to redo central campus, have them donate a building or something. that'll pretty much guarantee admittance. (i'm kidding of course. although it does seem like many people do have libraries and other buildings in their names...)
