Chances of getting in?

Hey everyone,
I hope I'm putting this in the right place, but forgive me if I'm not. I'm currently a freshman at a small, liberal arts college in New York City. It's a good school, but the curriculum is very broad, and I'm interested in earning a degree in philosophy (something my current school doesn't offer). I'm a Virginia resident, so by applying to state schools I'm hoping to possibly boost my chances (and save a couple grand in the process).

I'm looking at UVA (solid philosophy department and has a great professor of philosophy of religion, which I want to focus on) and William and Mary. If anyone could give me an approximation of my chances of getting in, I'd really appreciate it.

Here's my stats:

College
GPA: 3.88/4.0

High School
GPA: 4.0 (unweighted), 4.2 (weighted)
SAT: 700 CR, 600 M, 720 W (1300/1600, 2020/2400)
AP: U.S. History-4, English Lang.-5 (My high school didn't offer many AP courses)
4 Dual credit courses, all with 4.0 GPA
Student Body President
Top 5%
100ish hours of community service

Thanks fellas
