Chances of getting in?

I come from a top 50 business school, I have a 3.2ish gpa and had a 4.0 gpa in highschool and I am looking at a transfer as a junior. Great EC, will have great essay, great ref letter etc.

I know they say 3.0 cut off and I have no clue how they will convert my gpa, because my school uses a retarded gpa system that only uses A and A+, B and B+ etc. My main concern is not even my grades (even though it is 3.2 I have a bit of As so they will see the courses I did bad in where retarded electives like East asian music) it is the fact that they ask for someone like the dean of your school or an academic adviser to fill out all this information.

I'm kind of scared to ask because well to put it nicely the people in my school adminstration basically hate my guts and want to do everything to screw me over and have been trying to do so since I filed a lawsuit against them for sexual harassment (don't ask for any details on this it is already complicated enough). Basically they are retaliating because I am suing them and they have recently told me that they are de-enrolling me from the school at the end of summer term because they claimed that I submitted a doctors note for an exam I was sick for 12 hours too late even though the dean sent an email to everybody that said no doctors note were even required for missed exams because of h1n1.

The prof. submitted my grade as incomplete so I don't even know if it is possible to transfer. While I can appeal the decision of de-enrollment to a comittee, the committee is going to probably be stacked with a bunch of yes men hired by the dean I would imagine and 1 student rep. At this trying to transfer out before they put a failure on my transcript. If they do kick me out though, then I don't even think I could transfer anywhere because of the incomplete which could become and F in a lousy 3 week course. I'm considering just starting over and applying as a freshmen if i get the boot. what do you all think
