Chances of getting into 7/8 year med program

I am entering my junior year of high school this September. I am interested in any 7 year medical program, but if that is not possible I will have to shift my focus to the 8 year programs. I know that my GPA needs some work, and I will need to do better on the SAT than the PSAT. I was wondering with my grades, is it possible to get into a 7 year? or should I be more focused on looking at 8 year schools?

-SAT: have not taken yet, 2150 on PSAT
-GPA: 3.8 unweighted
-Will have taken 6 AP courses by senior year and 5 honors courses.

Extra Curriculars:
-worked on research for 2 years as of senior year at Rutgers U with professor
-4 years of varsity track + xc
-200+ volunteer hours around the community
-300+ volunteer hours at local hospitals
-100+ volunteer hours as coach
-4x honor roll by senior year
-National Honor Society, Math Honor Society, Science Honor Society
-2 years of honors band

AP Tests:
we are not allowed to take AP classes until junior year

SAT Subject:
Biology (m)= 800
Chemistry= 770
Math II= taking this year

Just work on SAT and GPA, it’ll be a reach depending on which program you apply to, but you have a shot.

Thanks, can you recommend any specific 7 year program colleges I should consider visiting/pursuing? Thanks

I agree with @BerserkLemur.
GPA and SAT just a bit higher.

Great work with volunteer hours.

again, any recommendations on what programs I should look at?
