Chances of Getting into a top Cali Law School

I just recieved my LSAT score, 156, which is not the greatest to say the least. My current UGPA is 4.0, and assuming I have a strong personal statement and letters of reccomendation, what do you think are my chances of getting into these law schools (listed in order of preference):

UC Berkeley
UC Hastings
UC Davis
UCLA

My major is Philosophy with a minor in Creative Writing. I have a few soft factors that might play an important role: I worked between 20-23 hours a week a week since I began college as an assistant manager of a movie theatre, I am gay and hispanic, I am currently finishing a 120 hour internship with a law firm and am applying for another 80 hour internship for the summer, I have competed on my college's moot court team for two years, and I was accepted into the Honors Arts and Humanities Program at my school (CSU Fresno).

Outside of Academia, I have also led 4 fundraisers for Make A Wish and KCAO (a local charity that helps underpriveledged families) in conjunction with the movie theatre I work with.

Does it seem like I even have a shot at any of the UC Law schools? I really would love to attend a law school in the bay area given their close proximity to the gay rights dispute currently developing.

On a side note, should I include an addendum showing that I am not the greatest standardized test taker? My sat scores were not great either - mid 1500s. Should I explain that my LSAT score will not be an accurate indicator of my performance in law school, just like my SAT score was not an indicator for my undergraduate performance?

Thanks for your input!
