Chances of getting into a top engineering grad program?

I'm looking to apply to some of the top engineering programs (Boston, Case, Cornell, Pittsburgh, etc.) for an MS in BME, and I'm wondering if anyone has an idea of whether or not I stand a chance of being admitted. Here are my credentials from a lesser-known undergraduate BME program:

3.972 GPA

Co-oped in R&D labs at two major medical device companies (including a J&J one)

Lots of volunteer work

Active in many extra-curriculars: club tennis, some leadership programs, president of an engineering society, intramural sports, BMES, SWE

Took part in some smaller research projects, one of which is directly in line with my research interests

Scored about 80% on Q and V of GRE and above 90% on AW

I'm worried that since I don't have much non-industry research experience or any publications that my chances aren't very high. Also, my GRE scores are not as strong as I would like them to be. Would a strong SOP and great LORs be enough to not get me thrown in the "No" pile?

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated!

If anyone has any ideas, please share!
