Chances of getting into a UC with these stats?

I live in SoCal and would like to get into UCs mainly. Targets are UCI, UCLA, and UCSD. So far as a junior…
Unweighted GPA: 4.0
Weighted GPA: 4.35
ACT: 31 but will hopefully bring it up to a 34 by the end of the year
Extracurriculars: Cheerleading, captain of Dance Team, student vocal group, president of 2 clubs, consistent member of 4 clubs (red cross club, earth club, things like that), 100 hours of community service/internship at a dentists office, total community service hours: 140
APs: Ap world, ap bio, ap statistics, ap calculus bc, ap psychology
Will take ap chemistry, ap spanish, ap cogo senior year

I think the ACT score drags me down but other than that am I looking okay for UC admission? I want to stay close to home, so UCI is really the best choice for me, but I want to keep UCLA and UCSD on the table.

Hopefully biochemistry, biological sciences, pre-med, along those lines.

Your ACT score is above average for all of your current choices and may be for UCB as well (where the middle-range ACT is 28-33). Good luck.

I would think you would get in to some UCs even with your current score if you can bump that up 2 or 3 points Barkley would be a possibility. Being in state for what is one of the best states for public colleges is very helpful for you as it is easier to get into in state. Best of luck!
