Chances of getting into a university with a GED and a 24 on the ACT?

I did well in high school until I ran into some life problems and dropped out. I was dual enrolled in high school, had already taken my ACT, and was a few credits short of graduation in my senior year when I dropped out of high school. Since then I have obtained my GED, received honors scores on the Science and Social Studies portions of the test, and I have a 24 on my ACT. I also have a couple classes in at my local community college. I am trying to go to a University in Michigan (such as Oakland University or Michigan Technological University) for a Computer Science major, and I am trying to figure out what steps of action I should take to do so. Should I take more classes at the CC and establish a good GPA, or will my GED and ACT scores alone be enough to just jump right into a University like I named above? I am really determined to achieve my goals in life and I am seeking advice on how I should get there. Thank you for your help.

Oakland University does not require high school stuff if you have 24 or more college credits:

Note that Oakland University has a transfer acceptance guarantee (TAG) program.

Michigan Tech does not require high school stuff if you have an associates degree:
