Chances of getting into Brown! :) Please!

:) Thanks :)

Oh, and I like your "about me", gametime :P

You're probably in.

Ahh thanks you guys :)

Test scores are my biggest concern :S

I wouldn't say definitely in but you have a good chance. Unique background there.

Chance me! http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/605871-chance-my-ecs-progress.html

I think your uniqueness will make your already solid grades seem even higher. Colleges are looking for EC's a lot nowadays, especially Ivy League ones, because they get so many applicants that have high scores. Yours seem like they set you apart so I think you have a good shot at Brown!!

Chance back!

:D Thank youu for the comments, you guys! I'll look at your threads too :)
Any other opinions?

You guys give such useful advice! Bump.

B u m p...

I think you have a great chance--your SAT scores are the only thing that might hold you back. But your experience in medicine is so interesting. And Brown loves interesting!

(If you feel like chancing me back...I applied ED to Brown, too! http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/608723-i-d-adore-you-if-you-d-chance-me.html)

Thanks for chancing me! Your SAT are comparably weak but your IB diploma certainly makes up for it. Plus your extracurriculars speak well for your interest in premed. I'd say Brown is a high match (But you could have waived your recommendations...I'm not sure how much of an advantage that is.).

Oh, yeah I did waive them :D But some of my teachers still showed them to me but just didn't let me edit anything...

Did you get in???

SAT: 2350 superscore/ 2330 singlesit
SAT II: Math II (800), Chem (780)
School: public competitive HS top public high school in US
ethnicity: asian
EC: Piano (14 years)- won at states, plenty of awards; clubs at school (no leadership); NHS; community service for NHS and tutoring at local middle school

Im considering premed and the PLME program, but I dont know if I would have a good chance regular. I also want to apply to Princeton EA.
