Hi guys,

I'm an international student studying in California CC. My major is business admin and I'm planning to transfer to BU, BC and also NYU. Can you tell me how's my chance to get into these colleges?

Weighted GPA : 3.49
Units taken : 40
Pre-req for major : micro & macro econ, financial and managerial accounting, business, and calculus

EC : Captain of my high school soccer team, decent badminton player who participated few small competitions in my country

Work experience : worked in a premier pension service firm before

High school GPA around 3

I'm international student, and I'm prepared to pay the tuition fees.

You might have a chance to get into BU since the average is 3.5

only 18 got into BC?

NYU Stern accepts more applicants but it is the most competitive
since it is located in NYC and has one of the best programs in finance

So I would say you have a solid chance of getting in BU
if you have solid stats
but for BC and NYU, hard to say.

I actually applied BU for January admission and got rejected because of my 3.2 GPA. This semester just ended I got all A’s and so my GPA will be 3.5 when I apply for fall. BU won’t allow me to apply again within a year they said : / I really hope NYU and BC will accept me for fall, thanks for your advise anyway lots appreciated!
