<p>chances of getting into cal poly as a business administration major?
Out of state applicant
going to do early decision</p>

studying real hard to boost my math score especially. taking another sat on october 5th</p>

<p>will have taken 7 aps in high school
ap us-4
ap psych-4
ap art history-3</p>

<p>freshman year: (very prestigous private school if that counts at all)
3.55 gpa
sophomore year:
4.1 gpa
junior year: (transferred to public school)
5.05 gpa
senior year:
taking rigorous courses including major related like ap stat and ap economics</p>

<p>extracurriculars: (i realize they're not that important to cal poly slo)
over 100 hours of community service
2 special honors awards in world history and ap art history(only 1 person from each class recieves it)
4 years varsity softball
1 year jv basketball
4 years varsity lacrosse
rocket club 2 years, key club 2 years, national honor society 2 years.</p>

<p>Business stats are as follow: 3.94 GPA; 29 ACT; 1303 SAT1 (Math & Reading only)</p>

<p>Your GPA seems to be a match. But your test scores a a bit weak for the school. Any chance of retesting after using a qualified tutor? My kid did and raised his score by 100 pts on each section.</p>

<p>You should post your UW as well as your weighted. And there is no actually way you can get a 5.05 gpa. Had you taken all weighted and gotten A in all of them you will have a 5.00.</p>
