Chances of getting into ChemEngineering

<p>I am definitely applying to Texas A&M and University of Texas, since I live in state. What are my chances of getting into the Chem. Engineering program at either of these schools or others?</p>

<p>Class Rank: 8th percentile (70 something)/905 through sophomore year, but my GPA is rising.
SAT: 1860 (740 in math)
ACT: Composite score of 30 (33 in math)</p>

<p>Both are matches. However if you can bring up SAT to 2000 it will benefit a ton for UT.
