chances of getting into chemistry PhD program

Hey, I am currently a junior going into 2nd semester. I have industrial research experience from a summer at Merck and started academic research this past semester. I am planning to intern again at an industry this summer and continue my current research. My current general GPA is 3.65 and chemistry GPA is about 3.75 (I go to Rutgers). I have not yet taken the GRE nor the cGRE but I understand that as long as I pass a threshold I will be fine. I expect my LoR’s to be really good and I expect to publish next semester (though I do not know how good of a publication it will be). I also expect my GPA to rise slightly (about 0.05). I was wondering what my chances are of getting into universities like Columbia and Univ. of Pitt. (I am applying to other schools of roughly the same tier but I really want to get into those 2). Also I have teaching experience as a TA for orgo and TA for gen chem lab and I may do research work for colgate during the semester (even though it is not organic chemistry research which is what I am interested in). What are my chances of getting into these schools? also is it even worth doing the colgate co-op? also do you have any recommendations on how I can strengthen my application? sorry for the lengthy post in advance.

Since you made two identical posts, I just deleted the least recent one.

Yea sorry about that I originally posted this in the undergrad forum by accident
