Chances of getting into college for chemical engineering

Hi I am junior in High school in Texas and i am going to start applying to colleges this year ,and want to major in chemical engineering…
so i was wondering on what my chances of getting into UT Austin, Texas A&M , UT Dallas, University Of Houston and maybe some other colleges in Texas.
GPA 100 Point scale 90.877/100 ( my school uses this method)(very competitive High School)
GPA 4.0 scale: 3.65
SAT:1400
extra circulars : Volunteering at Memorial Hermann (Hospital),Summer work at SEWA ( working with refugee children from Nigeria and Nepal, Leadership 101 ( a district program where only three children are accepted from the whole school),
NHS,Math honor society, Social Studies Honor Society, SCI NHS, Swim Team , Debate Team, English Honor Society, have taken or going to be taking 9 AP classes including AP chem and organic chemistry and 4 dual credit classes. i used to live in america and then had to go back to my country in third grade because of family issues and then i came back to america in 8th grade struggled a lot for 2 years trying to understand how this system works as elementary in the US is very different from High school in the US , tried to get my grammar skills back on track on overall worked very hard, i was behind in math so i gave credit by exams for algebra 1 and geometry so i could move up in math.but i feel like i wont get into UT Austin as i have heard horror stories about that schools admission process but i just really want to go there.
Thanks for the help i appreciate it and it means a lot.
