Chances of getting into Cornell as a transfer?

<p>I am currently a freshman in the College of Biological Sciences at the University of Minnesota. I am looking to possibly transfer out East and was wondering if I would have any chance of getting into Cornell? </p>

<p>High School GPA: 3.8
College GPA: Most likely a 4.0 this semester. Next semester, probably around a 3.8
(I do have 2 withdraws on my college transcript) </p>

<p>-Graduated with Honors
-National Honor Society member
-AP Scholar with Distinction </p>

<p>AP Courses throughout High School-

AP Human Geo
AP Bio
(Passed all tests- had 34 credits going into college)</p>

<p>ACT: 30

(I haven't taken the SAT)</p>

<p>College-
Pre-Med Club
I volunteer frequently. I hope to have around 30 hours by the end of the semester.</p>

<p>If you think my chances of getting into Cornell are slim to none, please suggest other schools on the East coast that you think I might be qualified to get into? Thanks.</p>

<p>Also, my class rank was 40/500- top 8%</p>
