Chances of getting into Decker School of Nursing at Binghamton University

Hi… Im currently a sophomore at a community college and have recently applied to the junior class of Decker school of nursing at Binghamton University as a transfer. Was wondering if Any other transfers or first year applicant to this program can share their states, courses, and weather they have received their decisions yet.

I currently have a 3.79 gpa

Hey. First year applicant. I got 1340 on my SAT and my gpa is 3.6ish. I applied EA and got deferred. Good luck! I’ve heard that for some schools it’s hard to get into direct entry nursing programs as a transfer. Not sure about Bing though.

When does Binghamton let you know if you got in? Is being deferred mean to regular decision?

Yes, ive seen on other threads that many seniors that applied for early action were deferred for regular decision. Don’t know exactly when you will get your decision but it should be sooner than later

I am also a sophomore at a community college. I applied to the Decker School of Nursing in early January. My GPA is 3.88. I still haven’t received a decision yet so I’m a little nervous.
Good Luck!

@Kelpyk I received waitlist about a day or 2 ago. Sucks but its okay. Have you completed all prerequs? You have a great gpa so if you have then you should definitely be getting in, good luck!!

Hey guys! I will be graduating in a community college next year and I am interested in transferring to Binghamton University Decker school of Nursing, but I’m kind of scared if I won’t be accepted. I have 2 prerequs left which I have to take that in spring 2021 and my GPA is 3.83. If you guys know anything or have been accepted to their program please talk to me so I could know what will my chances would be. Thank you everybody and good luck. Email: wabigail744@gmail.com
