Chances of Getting into Duquesne's Physical Therapy Program?

I will be applying soon for Duquesne's Physical Therapy program. I have one letter of recommendation and I am an in-state applicant. My other information is as follows.

Weighted GPA: 4.0
Unweighted GPA: 3.875
ACT Composite: 25
ACT English: 27
ACT Math: 25
ACT Reading: 22
ACT Science: 24
ACT Writing: 9

I'm taking all AP or CHS classes my senior year so my course rigor should be good. All of my AP/ CHS classes that I will have completed by the end of high school include:
AP Calculus AB
AP Biology
AP English Lang. & Comp.
AP English Lit. & Comp
AP Government
CHS Statistics
CHS Visual Basic
CHS Dig. Photography
CHS Graphic Design

So what do you think my chances are of getting into Duquesne's PT program as a freshman? Also, when is the earliest time I can apply for this program? Thanks!

Also, I’m pretty sure Duquesne super scores the SAT/ACT. Is this true?

Also, I’m pretty sure Duquesne super scores the SAT/ACT. Is this true?

So I suggest studying for the ACT and SAT and retesting since your ACT scores are low. Also remember that duquesne loves loves loves volunteering and an active student participation wise.
