Chances of getting into FIU?

I am a junior in high school, I am not American, I've only been in the US for 4 and a half years. I screwed up in some of my freshman and sophmore classes. For example I remember getting a c+ in health, and in integrated science, and in spanish (hated the teacher!!) but got mostly A's and B's through out freshman and sophmore year but I only took one HONORS class. Now this year is completely different, I am in ap psych, ap spanish, honors physics, chem 1, honors algebra 2, honors american history, and regular english. Semester grades just closed and I ended up with 6 A's and a B+ (weird how I aced honors physics and chem, but got a c+ in integrated sience freshman year), Most probable I will get the same grades this semester. Senior year I will get into ap bio, ap chem, ap stats, pre cal, honors english, computers class, and regular gov't. Right now my weighted gpa is a 3.5, unweighted 3.25, core 3.18 (I hope it increases this year). ACT: 23 (will take it again in april, and also the SAT, subject test in bio.) I played two years of varsity soccer, and got like 100+ hours ( most done this year lol) and Member of some physics club. What are my chances of getting into FIU, I really really dont want to go to a comunity college, I feel that if I do I will be disapointing my family. PLEASE I need some help, I am stressing out about this whole college thing so much.

a friend of mine just got into fiu & her stats arent out of this world or anything actually at all, (shes oos btw) id say continue to get ur grades up & act/sat again.
p.s. i dnt know too much about fiu, their stats seem a bit competitive but i don’t think its that difficult to get in
