Chances of getting into FSU nursing as a freshman?

<p>I know that fall of 2011, FSU will begin freshman admission to the nursing program. What are the requirements and how hard will it be to be accepted?</p>

<p>It will be this week or next week. Are you nervous about getting in? what are you scores/gpa?</p>

<p>I am nervous because I don’t know where I’ll go if I’m not accepted. I’ll either stay and change majors or move and pursue nursing. </p>

<p>I also heard that the decisions were sent out… So we should be getting them this week. My FSU recalculated gpa is 3.8 but my dual enrollment gpa is 3.2. I know that hurt me.</p>

<p>I am so ready to hear back. I’ve been nervous as well. My weighted is 4.2 and I have a 1740 sat</p>

<p>Wow your stats are really good. You can maybe calm your nerves a little lol. I assume your essay is great also. </p>

<p>My grades are average but I’m not 100% stressing out because I hate that feeling. I’m not even sure if I applied before their desired date. It was a while back.</p>

<p>Thanks. I’m not really extremely worried. I just love FSU and can’t wait to go there. And the priority was before Oct 31. An advisor told me that if you didn’t apply before that date, then you’re competeing against around 600 students for fewer spots. So I hope you did! and yes I will definitely write on this thread what my decision was</p>

<p>I just called & they said they will send out the letters next week… They had me watching out for the mail lady every single day this week lol.</p>

<p>I checked my inbox for the nursing confirmation & realized that I didn’t apply until nov 3rd. Lucky me lol. I missed it by a few days.</p>

<p>I got accepted into a few other schools so I’d like to know sooner or later if they’re accepting me. FSU is my 1st choice though.</p>

<p>Oh goodness, it just keeps getting delayed! Aw, that is too bad it wasent in October. And since you didnt apply for priorty decision, I don’t think you would be getting a letter till May. But I’m not 100% sure about that.</p>
