Chances of getting into grad school for ECE for each of the following scenerios?

First scenerio:
I'm a last semester senior with a GPA of 3.96 (A- in a writing class). I have a GRE score: 700 Verbal, 790-800 Quantitative and took part in some projects in my junior and senior year, with few research (say, one in my Freshman year, one in sophomore year and several in senior year). What are my chances of getting into MIT, UIUC, the top 5 ECE schools? Also, would it help talking to Professors, given that I'm enrolled as an undergraduate student in one of the schools listed above?

Second scenerio:
I'm a second year student with an overall GPA of 3.9, but a university gpa of 3.97. The overall gpa incorporates transfer courses. I have the same GRE as listed above, but no research experience and plan to graduate as a sophomore with senior standing to save some money for getting my MS and Phd degrees. What are my chances of getting into the schools listed in scenerio 1?

Third scenerio:
I am double majoring in ECE and mathematics, hoping to earn a Phd degree in both. I have taken a lot of advance classes and managed to earn a 3.89 overall gpa, with 4.0 on my major gpas. I have years of research experience and solid recommendation letters. Would GRE scores matter in this case?

Thanks a ton

I don't understand this at all. What is the purpose of this question? Since you cannot have these scenerio's concurrently, what is point of hypotheticals here? Are you in High School or something?

Also, you double posted, can you remove the other one?
