<p>I'm a junior, and I really want to go to grad school and eventually be an I-O Psychologist. Problem is, I was a bio major my freshman year and don't have the best GPA...What are my chances of getting into a good grad school? How much does the GRE play into it?</p>

Double majoring in Sociology and Psychology
3.0 GPA (out of a 4.0)
Haven't taken the GRE yet
Extracurriculars include: Research in the sociology departement, representative in Associated Students Legislative council, writing in the school newspaper, a tour guide for the school and a spirit guide (which means I mentor/train new guides), worked for the UCSB Annual Fund, and am currently working on getting a research position in the psychology department. </p>
