I can really only speak for BU and NYU, I think your BU chances are pretty good, as you expected considering you said it was a comfort school. For NYU, I think your GPA might be a tad low, but not uncomfortably low. It also depends on what college at NYU you want into, I believe. Some are a lot more selective than others, from what I have heard.

my weighted gpa is a 4.3 so do you think that changes anything?

If you live in CA you’ll probably get into Berkeley (btw they don’t factor in legacy in admissions). I have Harvard legacy too! From my prior chance post, commenters said that I would likely get in regarding my scores, GPA, and ECs, but I wouldn’t count on legacy to help much. I toured Harvard last week and didn’t like it enough to apply SCEA, so I’m applying RD. Anyways, I think you have OK chances with your reaches (GPA is low, though).
