Chances of getting into Indiana

Indiana University is the school I REALLY badly want to go to, but I am really worried that I wont make it in.
I have a 3.75 weighted gpa(not sure about un-weighted). It really raised from freshman year, when I had a 3.2, then a 3.4 sopphmore, and then I got it together and got a 4.05 junior year, so my gpa averaged to about 3.75ish. I had a D in an AP class my freshman year, and I was wondering if that would ruin my chances of getting in. I heard that Indiana dosnt even look at applications with Ds, so I am really worried about that.
I have a 29 on my ACT, but will retake it to get hopefully a 31 or 30.
So far I have taken 4 ap classes and gotten a 3-4 on the AP exams (except the class I got a D in, I didnt take the AP exam for that one).
I will be taking 4 more AP classes this year.
My extra curriculars include- Dance for 8 years(outside of school), Badminton team all four years(JV freshman and sophmore year, and Varsity Junior and Senior year), Im involved in 4 academic clubs and have gotten medals in two, I also have 50 hours of community service.

I want to major in business, and have taken 6 business classes, including the ones in my senior year (AP stats, AP macro/micro, Accounting, Marketing Technology, Business Orrientation, and Marketing) All of which I have gotten A's in so far

I know i cant make it into the Kelley school of business cuz its really competitive, but what about the regular Indiana University Bloomington!

I'm out of state, does that affect my chances?
Is it possible for me to get into Indiana?

You will easily get in.

If you have a 3.7 and a 30 ACT you are in as a direct admit.
