Chances of getting into MIT?

I am currently a high school junior in Canada. Here is my profile:

-Second generation Asian Canadian
-My family had a low income, so I would need some financial aid
-Im planning to ED for MIT, but I am not sure how that would affect financial aid
-Although MIT is my first choice, I would like to know my chances for:
Harvard
Yale
Princeton
Standford
(you know what I'm getting at)

Anyways, in my junior year:

Unweighted GPA: 4.0
Weighted GPA: 4.5
School doesnt do ranks.

SATs:
SAT reasoning:
Critical Reading: 710
Mathematics: 800
Writing: 750

SAT subject tests:
Mathematics Level 2: 800
Physics: 800
Chemistry: 800

I'm taking AP statistics this year.
Planning to take in Seniour year:
AP Calculus AB
AP Music Theory
AP Literature and Composition
AP European History
AP Physics C (self-studying)
AP Chemistry (self-studying)

Ok, onto my hodgepodge of ECs:

-I'm ranked top 25% in Canada in multiple mathematics contests, ranked 2nd in my school for the past two years.
-top 6% in Canada in Chemistry Contests
-Performers ARCT in clarinet from RCM as well as Grade 6 piano from RCM
-3 years in my High School Band so far
-Head of two clubs
-Over 300 volunteer hours
-Swimming instructor and lifeguard for two years
-was 2nd in 100m hurdles in my region during my freshman year
-on school badminton team for 3 years now

I don't think my EC list is very impressive. It a mess of all the activities I have done so far.
I still need to write my essay and get recommendation letters.

Any advice and opinion would be appreciated.
Thank you

you have the scores and the grades. other stuff is so-so, like you said. definitely apply

You have plenty of time. Bring up the SAT CR and get better results in your Canadian competition performance. MIT is looking for the top 2%.

Oh yeah, I am also biligual, being fluent in both English and Chinese. I took four years of chinese school. I'm not sure if that would fall under EC or regular academics and whether it would increase my chanes. I also understand latin + french, not fluent though.

If you can bring up your rankings in those national tests, then you would be able to have a recognition position of sorts that really fills out your ECs. If what hmom said is right (and it usually is) then you should definitely go for it. By the way, MIT offers EA application, not ED. :)

decent chances
