Chances of getting into NJIT?

<p>I'm wondering what my cances are of getting into NJIT. I have a GPA of 91.83, I'm ranked 16 of 114 and I take a lot of honors, AP (advanced placement) and MC (middle college) classes. As far as clubes go I was in FBLA for (junior and this year) and Engineering club for 3 years. I have also worked for an alarm company for 2 years.</p>

<p>My only problem is that I'm not that good at standardized tests. I got a 550 on my math and 490 on my verbal.</p>

<p>We just spoke to NJIT at a college night and they said their minimum SAT was 1050. Get yours above that, and I get the impression you're in.</p>

<p>With most schools they take the best v and m, so if next time you got
540 math and 550 verbal, the score be 550 math and 550 verbal as far as NJIT is concerned.</p>
