ACT 32, SAT 1420, from NC, Top 5% of class, many extra curricular activities including officer positions in multiple national honor societies, tons of community service, play piano. My recommendations should be very strong, as should my essays. Worried about my standardized test scores being bit low. Do I have a chance of getting accepted? Notre Dame is my top choice.
Take both tests again.
There is always a chance!. Would agree with @Momx2boys that you should retake both tests. 33 or 34 on the ACT would improve your chances significantly
